This has got to be the greatest thread I've ever seen on these boards. I can't wait to see some of these matches, should make for some really...interesting moments.

A W/E with BSurge is listed in your second post (in the list at the bottom), though.

!! UPDATE !!
Tentative time for the event is Aug. 29, starting 11:00PM GMT (7:00PM US Eastern)! If you would prefer a different date or time, please say so!
Maps undecided. [Cash] is currently on Uncharted Isle, but I'd really like to switch maps each round.
Also, does anyone know if it's possible to observe scrimmages or unrated matches to get this stuff recorded? I haven't really paid attention to the new Observer changes.

Oops. Fixed, added player to the list.

I saw someone run Mind Blast on a warrior. You should probably add that to the list.

Scrimmages do show up in Obs mode, watchable by the owning Guild ("My Guild's Battles" I think it's called). However, it only stores one, so next time your guild fights or scrimmages, it'll be overwritten.

That should be good enough, just reinforces guild hall switches per-game. Better than having FRAPS lag me to hell in-game. :P

Could we possibly move it one day ahead to the 30th? Thursday would work better than Wednesday for me.

I will play that bar with Conjure Frost and Flail, if that's possible. Seems pretty leet.
IGN: Il Radiant Il
And my 1337 bar:
[skill]glyph of lesser energy[/skill][skill]mirror of ice[/skill][skill]freezing gust[/skill][skill]riposte[/skill][skill]deadly riposte[/skill][skill]conjure frost[/skill][skill]Flail[/skill][skill]balanced stance[/skill]
Can I take a Rez Sig?

I'd be up for this, but I'm not sure if I can either of those days, but I think so. I'll just enter either way and I'll see.
I was thinking a BiP prot monk.
BiP, vamp gaze, blood renewal, dismiss condition, pacifism, remove hex, guardian, sig of devotion.
Should probably clarify that I've seen a monk using BiP, blood renewal, and the rest with prot skills, but I'm not sure what the prot skills were.

As in using a wand, not a sword. What do you think this is, the "halfway-decent build allstars" pick-up?

That bar isn't halfway decent by any means.
And some of the bars here can actually do something. That #2 sin looks like it could kill pretty well if it has the energy to. A couple warrior's have the sever-gash-final combo, which means that it can do damage even if the rest of the bar sucks.
